Notably, "Love Me Again" secured its place on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 96, marking V's second solo entry on the prominent songs chart. Furthermore, the "Layover" album made a significant impact on the Billboard 200, claiming the No. 2 spot and maintaining its presence on the chart for an impressive eight weeks – a record for a K-pop solo act during that period.

The success of "Layover" is not confined to chart positions; it also secured the No. 2 position on the "25 Best K-Pop Albums of 2023," a distinction accorded by Billboard. The album's enduring popularity and critical acclaim underscore V's noteworthy contribution to the K-pop genre and his ability to make a lasting impact as a solo artist.
