Immersive Sound Experience, Lawrence Abu Hamdan's Solo Exhibition.

Lawrence Abu Hamdan's first solo exhibition in Korea, 'Zifzafa,' will be held at Barakat Contemporary until November 3.

Born in Jordan and based in Lebanon, the artist addresses political, social, and environmental issues through sound art.

He describes himself as a 'Private Ear,' working as a researcher, filmmaker, writer, and activist.

The exhibition title, Zifzafa, means 'strong wind' in Arabic, and the artist uses this wind as a tool to explore social networks.

In this exhibition, the artist demonstrates how sound, when combined with political awareness, can bring about changes in art and society.

Through an active listening experience, visitors will hear voices from marginalized communities and explore resistance to social structures.
