Gen.G Esports has announced a collaboration with global sports brand Descente to launch a special edition uniform for the 2024 League of Legends World Championship (Worlds). This partnership marks Descente’s first venture into esports, designed to inspire both players and fans as Gen.G competes for the world title.
The collaboration between Gen.G and Descente aims to highlight the confidence and determination of the team. The newly designed uniform features two pieces: a jersey and a jacket, both in a sleek white color symbolizing the team’s desire for victory at Worlds. The uniform prominently showcases Gen.G’s iconic gold logo and a dynamic claw mark motif, representing the fighting spirit and drive for success.
Arnold Hur, CEO of Gen.G Esports, expressed his excitement about the partnership, saying, "We are thrilled to announce this new partnership with Descente for the 2024 LoL World Championship. The uniform, built on Descente's innovative legacy, embodies Gen.G’s new identity and will serve as a special gift for fans as we pursue the championship."

Fans of Gen.G will get the first look at the new Worlds uniform through the team’s official social media channels on September 25. Pre-sales will be available exclusively to Gen.G Crew members, with general sales starting on September 30 through the official Gen.G online store. In addition to the new uniform, Gen.G plans to engage fans with various membership content and viewing parties throughout the World Tournament.
