Fans of Moonbin who received the gift expressed their gratitude and shared memories of their beloved artist. Moonbin debuted as a member of the group Astro in 2016 and was found dead at his home in Seoul on the 19th of April. Fantagio, Moonbin's agency, has set up a memorial space for Arohas (Astro's fan club) to visit at the Fantagio office building until the 30th of April.
In their official statement on the fancafe, Fantagio said, "We plan to carefully store all letters and gifts left in all memorial spaces in front of the Fantagio office building, and we plan to periodically collect and store papers such as letters and notes during the operation period so that they can be kept intact without damage.” They also prepared a guide staff and a signboard for detailed location guidance, urging fans to use the prepared memorial space as much as possible.
Both Jonghyun and Moonbin's fans are united in their grief over the loss of their beloved artists. Born in 1990, Jonghyun made his debut with SHINee in 2008 and gained recognition as a solo artist. He passed away on December 18, 2017, eight days after his solo concert 'INSPIRED' ended. Moonbin, born in 1998, debuted as a member of Astro in 2016 and continued to be active until his untimely passing. The connection between their fans, demonstrated through the visit to Moonbin's memorial space, shows the enduring impact of K-pop artists on their fans and the strength of their fandom communities.

Fans of SHINee's late Jonghyun recently visited the memorial space of Astro's late Moonbin and left behind a message of consolation. On the 24th, photos and messages of chocolates were released by Jonghyun's fans, mainly on online communities and social media. The memo pad left by Jonghyun's fans read, "I'm a fan of Jonghyun. I'm worried that there might be people who stop by to say hello and skip a meal, so I'm leaving some chocolate behind. I prepared a lot, so I think it would be nice to stock up on a handful and eat it. I would appreciate it if you could move it to the shade when there is sunlight.”
