Attrakt
Management company Attrakt Entertainment announced on Monday that it has terminated the exclusive contracts with the members of the girl group Fifty Fifty. The termination, effective as of October 19, applies to the three members: Saena, Sio, and Aran. Attrakt Entertainment cited the members' failure to address actions that were seen as undermining their contracts and their lack of regret as reasons for the contract termination. The company is currently considering further actions in response to the situation.
Earlier this year, in June, the quartet had filed a lawsuit to suspend their contracts, alleging that Attrakt Entertainment had violated the contract terms. The court initially ruled in favor of the company. Subsequently, the group members filed an appeal. However, Keena, one of the members, chose to withdraw her appeal and revealed in an interview that the lawsuit had been suggested by the agency's former co-CEO, Ahn Sung-il.
