South Korean boy band Tomorrow X Together's latest album, "The Name Chapter: Freefall," secured the No. 3 spot on the Billboard 200 chart for the week of October 28, as per the latest chart release on Monday.
This achievement is significant, marking the third time this year that Tomorrow X Together has managed to chart on the esteemed Billboard 200. Their earlier successes include "The Name Chapter: Temptation," which claimed the top position on February 11 and remained on the chart for a remarkable 19 consecutive weeks, holding the title for the longest-charting K-pop album in 2023.
Adding to their achievements, the group's second full-length Japanese album, "Sweet," secured the No. 54 spot on the Billboard 200 chart on August 19, making Tomorrow X Together the second K-pop act, after BTS, to achieve this feat with a Japanese album.
This recent milestone further solidifies Tomorrow X Together's status as the K-pop act with the second-most albums on Billboard's main chart, with a total of nine albums, following closely behind the renowned group BTS.
"The Name Chapter: Freefall" also achieved success in Japan, topping the Oricon weekly albums chart upon its release, marking the ninth consecutive album from Tomorrow X Together to reach the number one position.
