The highly anticipated debut album, titled "Youth in the Shade," is scheduled for release on July 10.
The formation of ZB1 was the culmination of the popular 2023 reality show "Boys Planet," which drew viewers from around the globe. After a grueling series of auditions, performances, and eliminations, the final lineup was selected: Kim Ji-woong, Zhang Hao, Sung Han-bin, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, Ricky, Kim Gyu-vin, Park Gun-wook, and Han Yu-jin. This talented nonet is expected to be active in the industry for the next two and a half years, bringing a fresh and vibrant energy to the K-pop landscape.
WAKEONE Entertainment, the group's management company, has offered a brief preview of the upcoming album, stating that it revolves around the central theme of youth. It's a fitting concept for a group that embodies the youthful energy and vibrant talent of the new generation of K-pop artists.
Despite the sneak peek, the company has kept most of the details, including the title of the lead single, a closely guarded secret. This has only intensified anticipation among fans, who are eager to see what ZB1 has to offer.
As the debut date approaches, speculation and excitement are running high. With the nine members each bringing their unique talent and charm, the debut of ZB1 is likely to be a significant event in the K-pop industry. All eyes will be on ZB1 as they step into the limelight, ready to make their mark in the world of K-pop.
