Pre-release single will arrive one week earlier on Oct. 19

K-pop girl group IVE will return with its new EP “Looks Can Kill” on Oct. 26, approximately eight months after its previous release.

The group will first release an advance single on Oct. 19. Starship Entertainment confirmed the schedule through a teaser shared on IVE’s official social media accounts.

The video shows IVE’s logo and the phrase “IVE SPIN-OFF RELEASE 2026.10.19” projected onto the exterior of a high-rise building. The date refers to the advance single rather than the full EP.

IVE has previously used pre-release tracks to begin its album promotions. “Kitsch,” “REBEL HEART” and “BANG BANG” each achieved a perfect all-kill across major Korean music charts.

The group most recently promoted its second studio album “REVIVE+.” Double title tracks “BANG BANG” and “BLACKHOLE” earned a combined nine music-show trophies, while “BANG BANG” entered Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts.

IVE has also toured Asia, Oceania and North America through its second world tour, “SHOW WHAT I AM.” The itinerary included Japan’s Kyocera Dome and Tokyo Dome, along with eight North American cities, including three in Canada.

Further promotional content for “Looks Can Kill” will be released sequentially through the group’s official social media channels.
