Photographer Mark Cohen, born and raised in Pennsylvania, spent most of his life photographing the streets of his hometown.
He gained recognition in 1973 with a solo exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, establishing himself as a key figure in the world of street photography.
His works, which capture street scenes with spontaneity and freedom, hold significant value in contemporary photography.
Cohen’s photographs vividly depict the cultural and historical background of an era distinctly different from the present.
