LOS ANGELES — BTS members Jimin and Jungkook were recognized at the 2025 BMI Pop Awards for their standout solo tracks, each earning honors for two of the 50 most performed pop songs in the U.S. in 2024.
The awards, presented annually by American performance rights organization Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), highlight the most played tracks across radio and digital platforms.
Jimin received nods for “Like Crazy” and “Who.” “Like Crazy,” from his debut solo album Face, made history as the first song by a K-pop soloist to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. “Who,” from his second album Muse, set a new record for a K-pop solo act with a 33-week run on the chart.
Jungkook was recognized for “3D (feat. Jack Harlow)” and “Standing Next to You,” both from his first solo album Golden. The tracks peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100, with “3D” staying on the chart for eight weeks and “Standing Next to You” for 18 weeks. This marks Jungkook’s third consecutive year charting on the Hot 100 as a solo artist.
