The funeral for Bang Shili is scheduled to take place at a Ganghwa hospital on Thursday.

Renowned trot singer Bang Shili, born Bang Young-sun, passed away at the age of 61 on Tuesday, as confirmed by her family. The artist, celebrated for chart-topping songs including "Seoul Tango" and "First Car," breathed her last at a convalescent hospital in the Ganghwa district of Incheon, 27 kilometers west of Seoul, in the morning.
