Boynextdoor is set to release a new collaboration track inspired by the popular Naver Webtoon The Girl’s World (소녀의 세계). The group will drop the digital single I Have Never Liked Someone Like This Before on March 14 at 6 PM KST via major music platforms.
The song captures the excitement and heart-fluttering emotions of a first crush, a theme that resonates deeply with the storyline of The Girl’s World. Boynextdoor’s signature bright and sentimental vocal style enhances the track’s youthful and refreshing vibe.
The lyrics vividly express the clumsy yet heartfelt emotions one experiences when falling in love, making it a relatable song for anyone who has ever experienced a crush. The group’s ability to convey sincere emotions through music adds an extra layer of depth to the track.
Boynextdoor has already established itself as a rising force in K-pop, known for witty storytelling and strong live performances. Their debut mini-album WHY.. successfully entered the Billboard 200, showcasing their growing influence on the international stage.
Their latest release, One and Only, further solidified their popularity. The track topped Melon’s real-time charts upon release and secured spots on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. Chart (No. 99) and Global 200 (No. 188). Additionally, they were honored at the 39th Japan Gold Disc Awards, winning in the Best 3 New Asian Artists category.
Currently, Boynextdoor is in the middle of their first-ever Asia tour. They will continue their concert series "KNOCK ON Vol.1" with a performance in Singapore on March 15.
With their continuous success and strong storytelling approach, Boynextdoor’s collaboration with The Girl’s World is expected to strike a chord with fans of both the group and the webtoon.
