K-pop Group Discusses Growth, Fan Support, and Personal Lessons

In an exclusive interview with the British monthly magazine The Face, NewJeans, a popular K-pop girl band, shared their experiences of band life and their relationship with fans in the June edition published Wednesday.

Hanni, a member of NewJeans, likened living together as a band to an extended school trip, emphasizing the strong bond formed among the members. “It’s helped us learn a lot about each other and grow very close,” Hanni stated.

Haerin discussed a key lesson she has learned since joining NewJeans in 2022. “Enjoying the moment when you can. It can be tough to find that in certain situations, but I strive to become someone who knows how to make the most of it when it’s time to have fun,” Haerin remarked.

The June issue of The Face also includes an interview with model Alex Consani, a conversation between Little Simz and Erykah Badu, and a feature on rapper, producer, and songwriter Skepta, who answers questions from his fans.
