EMK Reveals Casting for "Benjamin Button" Musical Adaptation

Based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's Short Story, Production Set to Debut at Sejong Center for the Performing Arts

The musical "Benjamin Button" received funding from CJ Cultural Foundation's Stage Up initiative in 2021. It was written and directed by Jo Kwang-hwa, renowned for his work on the Korean pansori musical "Seopyeonjae" and the new musical "Werther."
Scheduled to open on May 11, the production will run at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts until June 30.

EMK, a local musical production company, announced casting details for its upcoming musical adaptation of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
The musical portrays the story of a man who ages backward and is set to debut at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts. TVXQ members Max Changmin, Kim Jae-beom, and Kim Seong-sik will rotate in the lead role of Benjamin. This marks Max Changmin's first venture into musical theater.
