"Let's Explore Korea with Pinkfong and Baby Shark" Targets Children Aged 7-11 with Fun and Educational Content

The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, in collaboration with the Korean Culture and Information Service, announces the publication of an English storybook featuring globally popular characters Pinkfong and Baby Shark. Titled "Let's Explore Korea with Pinkfong and Baby Shark," the book is designed for children aged between seven and eleven.

The 100-page book delves into Korea across five main themes, spanning 18 episodes. The themes include Korea's four seasons, Korean art and culture, and more, providing young readers with an engaging exploration of the country.

In conjunction with the storybook, the Korean Culture and Information Service has produced a music video featuring a tune that combines the famous folk song "Arirang" with the melody of "Pinkfong Baby Shark Dance." The goal is to create an engaging and addictive musical experience for children, akin to the global sensation of the song "Baby Shark" in 2015.

The music video has been released on the Korean Culture and Information Service's YouTube channel and the Korean government's official multi-language website Korea.net.
