Denis Brogniart, the longtime host of the French reality show Koh-Lanta, has unveiled a stunning collection of his travel photography in a new book titled "My Photos from the Ends of the World," published by Flammarion on November 5. The illustrated volume showcases more than two decades of his photographic journey across remote corners of the globe, capturing intimate moments of life far from tourist destinations.

Known primarily as a television personality and athlete, Brogniart's passion for photography has remained largely hidden from the public eye until now. For over twenty years, the tall, lanky presenter has traveled extensively with his camera slung over his shoulder, documenting countless scenes of life around the world. His collection ranges from spontaneous shots of children's smiles in the Philippines to powerful portraits of impoverished residents following the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti.

The photographic anthology features brief captions accompanying each image and includes a preface by Swiss explorer and psychiatrist Bertrand Piccard. Brogniart's work focuses on showing the reality of daily life in places that are often inaccessible by public transportation and require hours of driving to reach. "Nothing stops me when I love doing things," Brogniart explains, embodying his philosophy of pursuing his passions despite obstacles.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the book, Brogniart revealed his lifelong interest in photography that dates back to his childhood. "Over the past twenty years, I haven't stopped traveling the world, for Koh-Lanta, of course, but also with my family," he said. "I have a great interest in photography, since childhood. I like, through a simple lens, to show the reality of daily life, far from mass tourism and tourist circuits, in remote places that are difficult to access by public transport."

The book represents Brogniart's unique perspective as someone who has had privileged access to witness countless life scenes across the globe. His photographs capture authentic moments that reveal the human experience in its rawest form, away from the polished veneer of commercial tourism. The collection demonstrates his commitment to documenting real life in some of the world's most remote and challenging locations, often requiring significant effort and time to reach these destinations.
