Aespa to Release Debut Japanese Single "Hot Mess"

Aespa is set to make its debut in Japan next month with the single "Hot Mess," announced SM Entertainment on Monday. The single album, also titled "Hot Mess," will include three songs. The titular track is described as a dance number featuring punchy rapping and saxophone sounds, with a theme of living authentically. The B-side track, "Sun and Moon," is an R&B tune that gently conveys hope. The album will also feature "Zoom Zoom," previously used as the ending theme for the Japanese animation "Beyblade X" last year. The album is scheduled for release on July 3.
In addition to the album, Aespa will embark on its second international tour, visiting five cities in Japan during July and August.
Meanwhile, the group's first full album, "Armageddon," released last week, is performing well on music charts both domestically and internationally.
