The Tighty Whitey House, designed by Maytree Studios and completed in 2024, demonstrates how thoughtful design and architectural restraint can create generous living spaces within a compact urban footprint.

Located on a steep, compact site in inner-city Brisbane, this 200-square-meter house redefines what's possible in small urban developments. The project was led by architects Rebecca Caldwell and Andy Keeffe, with design team member Alisha Bouris contributing to the innovative approach. The architectural challenge was to maximize living space while maintaining privacy and comfort in a densely populated urban environment.

The design team collaborated with several specialized professionals to bring the vision to life. Greencare handled the landscape architecture, ensuring the outdoor spaces complemented the home's compact design.
