The cherished moment marked the latest chapter in Song's personal life, following his marriage to British former model Katy Louise Saunders, which he announced in January.

Expressing his joy, Song revealed that he had recently met his baby boy in Rome, the birthplace of his wife. In a heartfelt message posted on an online fan site, he shared that both mother and baby are in good health, expressing gratitude and happiness for the arrival of their son.

"The birth of a baby boy is the most precious gift to me and my wife, fulfilling our lifelong dream of building a happy family. However, reports indicated that Saunders chose not to attend the world premiere due to the film's violent nature. Born in 1984, Saunders is a year older than Song and made her film debut in 2002. Insiders revealed that she had served as an Italian language tutor for Song while he was working on the 2021 drama series "Vincenzo," in which he portrayed a lawyer entangled with the Italian mafia.
