DA OSAKA, a commercial interior construction company headquartered in Osaka, has unveiled its newly designed Tokyo branch office in the historic Jinbocho district of Chiyoda. The 165-square-meter workspace, completed in 2025, showcases contemporary office design principles while honoring the cultural heritage of its location in Tokyo's famous "Town of Books" neighborhood.
The project was entrusted to Reiichi Ikeda Design, a prominent interior design firm known for innovative commercial spaces. The office renovation demonstrates the company's expertise in creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing work environments that reflect corporate identity while maintaining connection to local character.
Located in Jinbocho, an area renowned for its dense concentration of bookstores and vintage book shops, the new DA OSAKA branch office serves as both a functional workspace and a showcase of the company's interior construction capabilities. The design takes inspiration from the literary heritage of the neighborhood while incorporating modern office amenities and workflow solutions.
The lighting design for the project was handled by USHIO LIGHTING, INC., providing carefully planned illumination that enhances both the workspace functionality and the architectural features of the renovated space. The collaboration between Reiichi Ikeda Design and the lighting specialists resulted in a cohesive environment that supports productive work while creating an inviting atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Photography of the completed project was captured by Yoshiro Masuda, documenting the successful transformation of the space and highlighting the thoughtful integration of contemporary design elements with the building's existing structure. The images showcase how the renovation maintains the character of the historic district while providing DA OSAKA with a modern, efficient workspace that represents the company's commitment to quality interior construction throughout Japan.
