"We would like to thank Jennie for joining us with the love of her fans, Blink, in building the architecture that will foster children's dreams,” Habitat Korea said in a statement. “We will try to break ground quickly."
Jennie renewed her contract with YG Entertainment in December last year, limiting it to group activities with Blackpink. She opted not to proceed with additional contracts for individual activities and has since established her own label, Odd Atelier, for her solo projects.

Jennie, a member of the K-pop group Blackpink, has donated 100 million won ($74,400) on behalf of the group's fan club, Blink, to support Koryoin teenagers, according to Habitat Korea, the local chapter of the international residential welfare nonprofit organization, on Thursday.
The donation is aimed at helping ethnic Korean teenagers from post-Soviet states adapt to Korean culture and society. The funds will be used for the construction project of the Raetam Wood International Alternative School in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province.
