Source Music announced on Friday that Le Sserafim's third EP, "Easy," has received a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan, surpassing 100,000 shipments in the country. This marks the group's second Korean album to achieve this milestone, following their first studio album, "Unforgiven," released in May of the previous year.
The five-track mini album, "Easy," not only secured top positions in Oricon's daily, weekly, and weekly combined album rankings but also attained notable international recognition. It reached No. 8 on the Billboard 200, while the title track made its debut on the Hot 100 at No. 99, marking the quintet's inaugural entry on the prestigious singles chart. The album's overall sales exceeded 1 million copies, marking Le Sserafim's third consecutive million-seller.
In a continuation of their success, the group has initiated the promotion of the B-side track, "Smart," with the release of its music video on Wednesday.
