More than 200 art enthusiasts and community members gathered at the Adelaide Central School of Art in Glenside for a remarkable evening celebrating two significant exhibitions. The opening night featured Sue Kneebone's highly anticipated solo exhibition titled "The Last Tide Waiter" alongside the annual ACSA student exhibition called "Encircle."
The double exhibition opening drew a diverse crowd of art lovers, students, faculty members, and local community supporters to the Glenside campus. The strong turnout of over 200 attendees demonstrated the continuing appeal of both established and emerging artists within Adelaide's vibrant arts community.
Sue Kneebone's solo exhibition "The Last Tide Waiter" represents a major showcase of the artist's latest work, while the student exhibition "Encircle" provides a platform for current ACSA students to display their creative achievements. The simultaneous opening of both exhibitions created a dynamic atmosphere that celebrated both professional artistic excellence and the next generation of emerging talent.
The event was documented by photographer Sam Roberts, capturing the energy and excitement of the opening night festivities. Both exhibitions are now open to the public at the Adelaide Central School of Art, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the diverse range of contemporary artistic expression on display at the Glenside location.
