Photo Exhibition and Health Updates Announced by Pledis Entertainment

K-pop girl group fromis_9 is set to release a new album in August, according to a local media report on Friday. This follows the group’s first studio album, “Unlock My World,” and their most recent performance in January.

Pledis Entertainment, the group’s agency, announced on Thursday that a photo exhibition titled “From Summer” will be held in Seoul from July 5 to 14 to coincide with the release of a photo book of the same name.

Group member Lee Chaeyoung recently expressed frustration during a livestream about the lack of activities for fromis_9. Additionally, Pledis Entertainment announced on Thursday that Lee has been diagnosed with tonsillitis. Another member, Baek Jiheon, has been taking time off since last week due to health reasons.
