J-Hope, a member of the K-pop group BTS, will drop a new digital single titled "Killin’ It Girl" on June 13, according to his agency BigHit Music. The song features American rapper GloRilla.
"Killin’ It Girl" is a hip-hop track that expresses the excitement and joy of falling in love, the agency said. It will be the final single in a series of solo releases J-Hope has put out recently.
Earlier this year, J-Hope released two other singles: "Sweet Dreams" and "Mona Lisa." According to BigHit, this new track will be the "completion of the emotional journey" he has built over the years.
J-Hope will perform the song live for the first time during the final concert of his solo tour, "Hope on the Stage," on June 13 and 14 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
His solo tour started in February in Seoul. In April, he became the first Korean solo artist to hold a concert at BMO Stadium in the U.S. The tour will continue in Japan this weekend before ending in Korea.
June 13 also marks the 12th anniversary of BTS’s debut. Four BTS members — V, RM, Jimin, and Jungkook — are expected to finish their military service by June 11, while Suga will be discharged on June 21.
