The dance video for BTS member Jin’s "Super Tuna" solo song has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube, Big Hit Music announced on Tuesday. The video, uploaded in December 2021 as a celebration of Jin’s birthday, has captured the hearts of fans, leading to this impressive milestone.
"Super Tuna," a catchy and playful song written and composed by Jin, was inspired by his hobby, fishing. In the video, Jin is seen dancing on a beach in Los Angeles, dressed in denim overalls and a T-shirt featuring a tuna drawing he created himself. The video’s casual and adorable vibe resonated with fans, quickly accumulating views.
The song was officially released in 2022, and it immediately topped Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart. In June of this year, the single reclaimed the top spot as fans celebrated Jin's completion of his military service by revisiting the track.
Looking ahead, Jin is set to release a solo album by the end of this year, which has already sparked anticipation among fans and the music industry alike. The upcoming album is highly anticipated as it will reveal a new artistic direction for the BTS member.
