Rising K-pop group RIIZE has secured notable achievements on Spotify Korea's 2024 Wrapped, underscoring their rapid ascent in the music industry. According to Spotify's announcement on December 7, RIIZE’s first mini-album RIIZING ranked as the sixth most-streamed album in Korea this year, marking the highest position among K-pop boy group releases.

This accomplishment highlights RIIZE's competitive presence, following major artists such as BTS members Jimin and Jungkook. Jimin’s second solo album Muse claimed the top spot, while Jungkook’s debut solo album Golden took second place, further showcasing the competitive nature of the streaming charts.

Additionally, RIIZE’s hit track Impossible stood out by securing a place on Spotify’s Top RADAR Korea Song playlist as the most-played track, emphasizing their growing influence on the platform. The group’s achievements are not limited to streaming metrics; they have also received significant recognition from prominent global media outlets.

The group's success with Impossible extended to Billboard, where it was named in Billboard’s 2024 Best K-pop Songs: Staff Picks. British music magazine NME also honored the track, ranking it seventh in their 25 Best K-pop Songs of 2024. Notably, RIIZE achieved the highest position among K-pop boy groups, earning praise for capturing the vibrant energy of youth and redefining the rookie standard.

Dazed further amplified the group’s growing reputation by including RIIZE in its Dazed 100 list, spotlighting them as one of Asia's brightest emerging music talents. The magazine described RIIZE as “K-pop’s most radiant new stars,” acknowledging their immense potential and fast-growing fanbase.

RIIZE’s achievements come less than a year after their debut, signaling their strong momentum in both domestic and international markets. With their unique style and dynamic sound, the group has proven their ability to resonate with listeners globally.

Looking ahead, RIIZE is set to perform at the 2024 MBC Gayo Daejejeon on December 31, where they will conclude their remarkable year with a special stage performance, further cementing their status as a rising force in K-pop.
