New label will manage group and unit projects while individual schedules remain with separate agencies

Nine members of THE BOYZ will continue their group activities under the newly established music label 78 RECORDS.

The label announced on Sept. 14 that it will manage group and unit projects involving Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo and Eric. Each member’s individual activities will continue under their respective agencies and separate plans.

Under the arrangement, 78 RECORDS will oversee the group’s music releases, concerts and content production. No specific schedule for new music or performances has been announced.

The label was established by entertainment industry professionals. According to 78 RECORDS, its co-CEOs have worked with THE BOYZ since the members’ casting and debut and were involved in major projects including Mnet’s “Road to Kingdom” and “Kingdom: Legendary War.”

Alongside its work with THE BOYZ, the company plans to develop and introduce new artists.

Sangyeon, who enlisted in the military on March 17, 2025, is scheduled to complete his service on Sept. 16.
