Hearts2Hearts will become the first artist featured in Spotify’s new performance program, Spotify CLOSER.
The event will take place at Myunghwa Live Hall in Seoul’s Yeongdeungpo district on Oct. 2. The series was created to highlight Korean artists and provide closer interaction between performers and their audiences.
During the concert, Hearts2Hearts will give the first performance of a Korean-language version of its Japanese debut song, “ICONIC HEART.” The new version is scheduled for a subsequent digital release.
The program will also include additional live performances, a talk session with the members and an interactive space built around the group’s music. Footage from the performance and talk session will later be released as a video podcast on Spotify.
“We have prepared a range of performances and are looking forward to meeting our fans at closer range,” the group said.
“RUDE!” surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify in May. It became the group’s third song to reach the milestone, following “The Chase” and “STYLE.”
