BTS member Jin is set to captivate fans this winter with the release of DICON’s Winter Special Edition, Royal oriJIN. Marking his first official project since his military enlistment, the edition offers a rare glimpse into Jin’s elegance and heartfelt connection with ARMY.
The photoshoot, conducted in September in Milan, Italy, features Jin amidst the grandeur of a luxurious mansion. The 200-page magazine showcases a variety of themes, including a pre-birthday celebration and behind-the-scenes moments, highlighting Jin’s diverse appeal.
Jin shared his excitement about the project, saying, “I explored various concepts that ARMY will love. Please look forward to it.” The edition will be available in four unique versions: Romantic Afternoon (Version A), Birthday Party (Version B), Garden Time (Version C), and A Day at the Mansion (Version D).
Each version includes tailored perks for fans. Version A offers a photocard set, a film camera-style photocard, a 52-page mini film book featuring photos taken by Jin himself, and a calendar poster. Version B highlights Jin in a burgundy suit with an acrylic diorama and additional collectibles. Version C showcases a dramatic coat look, including an acrylic keyring and a mini calendar, while Version D focuses on understated elegance with postcards and an acrylic photo frame keyring.
The magazine also delves into Jin’s artistic journey, from his first solo song Awake (2016) to his upcoming album Happy (2024). Fans will also gain insights into his candid conversations with the team during the shoot, providing a personal touch to the project.
Pre-orders for Royal oriJIN begin on December 9 at noon KST through platforms such as DICON Mall, Weverse Shop, Yes24, Aladin, and Kyobo Bookstore. The pre-order period ends on December 18 at 11:59 PM KST.
