On January 16, their agency WakeOne unveiled the first concept photo for their pre-release track “Doctor! Doctor!” through the group’s official SNS. The image revealed a playful and charming vibe, with the members posing in front of a kitschy pink background, looking as if they were falling in love. Heart-shaped bands were used as props, enhancing the romantic atmosphere of the concept.
