Deletion of YG Entertainment Link Raises Questions about Big Bang Idol's Association with Label

G-Dragon, a member of the popular group Big Bang, has sparked speculation about his potential departure from YG Entertainment as his official YouTube channel removed the link to the label's homepage as of Wednesday. While his contract with YG Entertainment officially expired in June, the company stated that they continue to collaborate with him on certain activities, including advertisements, through a separate agreement.

However, a recent development occurred after G-Dragon faced suspicions of drug use. YG Entertainment distanced itself from the veteran performer, asserting that they cannot confirm anything as he is not currently affiliated with the label. Subsequently, G-Dragon was removed from the artist profiles on the company's official website.

In a separate update, G-Dragon uploaded a video on Tuesday featuring himself singing a segment from his solo song "Outro. Divina Commedia" while posing the introspective question, "Who Am I?" The artist's recent actions have fueled speculation and raised questions about the nature of his ongoing relationship with YG Entertainment.
