K-pop group aespa has taken the global music scene by storm with their fifth mini-album 'Whiplash', which debuted at the top of the iTunes Top Albums Chart in 17 regions, SM Entertainment announced on Tuesday.

In addition to its international success, the EP also topped major music charts in China and Japan, further solidifying aespa’s influence across Asia.
