NiziU is set to return to the Korean music scene with their second domestic album, marking their first Korean release in over a year.
On March 10, JYP Entertainment unveiled a teaser video titled NiziU LOVE LINE: Where To? on their official YouTube channel. The 19-second clip features a dreamlike atmosphere, with a white cat appearing beneath a crescent moon in a violet-hued sky. The cat, seemingly floating alongside a red ball of yarn, adds a sense of mystery, hinting at the group’s upcoming concept.
This comeback marks NiziU’s return to the Korean market after approximately one year and five months. The group debuted in Korea in 2023 with their first single, Press Play, achieving notable success. Their debut album ranked seventh in first-week sales among K-pop girl group debut albums, and their track HEARTRIS secured a first-place win on a Korean music show.
Their new release, titled LOVE LINE, aims to showcase a fresh side of the nine-member group. JYP Entertainment stated, "Fans can look forward to NiziU’s unique music and charms in this comeback."
Beyond Korea, NiziU has recently solidified its position in the Japanese market. Their first Japanese mini-album, AWAKE, dominated both Oricon and Billboard Japan charts. Additionally, they successfully wrapped up their debut winter tour, NiziU Live with U – AWAKE, performing 18 shows across eight cities.
Looking ahead, NiziU is preparing for a new concert tour. Starting in September, the group will embark on NiziU Live with U 2025, which will continue into 2026 with an extended version of the tour.
NiziU’s new album LOVE LINE is set for release on March 31 at 6 PM KST, drawing high anticipation from fans eager to see how the group has evolved since their last Korean promotion.
