Supernatural Flick Starring Choi Min-sik and Kim Go-eun Gains Momentum

The supernatural film "Exhuma" has reached over 9 million admissions, according to its distributor, positioning it on the brink of becoming the first movie of the year to attract 10 million viewers.

Achieving this feat in 24 days, "Exhuma" surpassed last year's fastest-growing film, "12.12: The Day," which depicted Korea's military coup in 1979, by three days.

The narrative unfolds as they delve into the family's history, including exhuming the ancestor's grave in a remote Korean village. The movie premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in the Forum section last month.
