Earlier in May, Lisa had secured two world record titles for her solo EP, "Lalisa." Her EP had achieved the remarkable milestone of exceeding 1 billion streams, making her the fastest solo K-pop artist to attain this feat on Spotify. Additionally, she holds the record for the most-viewed solo artist's YouTube music video within 24 hours with the release of "Lalisa."

Lisa launched her solo career with the release of her debut album, "Lalisa," in September 2021. Currently, discussions are ongoing between the members of Blackpink and their agency regarding the potential extension of their contracts, with rumors suggesting Lisa's departure from the agency, although the agency has not officially commented on the matter.
