Singer Kim Jae-hwan, under the management of WakeOne, is scheduled to unveil his latest single titled "Ponytail" on January 24. This marks the artist's first music release in seven months, following the launch of his sixth EP, "J.A.M (Journey Above Music)," on June 20, 2023.

Although detailed information about the new single remains undisclosed, a teaser poster featuring the release date, an electric guitar, a shelf filled with LP records, and a hat was revealed on Monday. Preorders for "Ponytail" are set to commence on Tuesday at 2 p.m.
Kim Jae-hwan initially gained recognition as a member of the project boy band Wanna One, emerging from the second season of Mnet's idol audition show "Produce 101" in 2017. After the disbandment of Wanna One in 2019, Kim embarked on his solo career, starting with the EP "Another" in 2019.
In a recent development, Kim conducted two solo concerts titled "Not Alone" on December 16 and December 17 at KBS Arena in Gangseo District, western Seoul, showcasing his prowess as a solo artist.
