As the K-pop band continues its world tour, new ventures in music and television extend its global footprint

Big Hit Music

In an exciting development for fans of pop music across the globe, Big Hit Music, the record label behind the popular K-pop band Tomorrow X Together (TXT), announced on Thursday that the band will collaborate with the American pop rock band Jonas Brothers on a digital single. The song, entitled "Do It Like That," is scheduled for release on July 7.

The forthcoming single has a serendipitous backstory. The TXT band members discovered the demo of "Do It Like That" while touring in the United States in May. They instantly took to the track and saw it as a fitting summer release. Following their intuition, the band reached out to the Jonas Brothers with a proposal for collaboration, which was enthusiastically accepted.

Known for their infectious energy and catchy melodies, TXT continues to make inroads into global music markets. This latest collaboration with the Jonas Brothers, who have enjoyed long-standing popularity in both the US and around the world, is likely to boost TXT's global appeal further.

In addition to their music collaborations, TXT's work is extending its reach to other forms of media as well. "Hydrangea Love," a B-side track from their upcoming second studio album in Japan called "Sweet," has been chosen as the theme song for an upcoming Japanese drama. The drama, entitled "The Best Student ~ Last Dance of the Remaining Year," is set to start airing next month, providing a new platform for TXT's music to resonate with a broader audience. The album "Sweet" is set for release on July 5, just a couple of days before the launch of their collaborative single with the Jonas Brothers.

Amid all these new ventures, TXT's ongoing world tour, "Act: Sweet Mirage," continues to keep the band busy. The next stop on their tour is the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, where they will perform on July 1-2. This tour further cements the band's global presence and underscores their commitment to connecting with fans around the world.

These multiple ventures highlight Tomorrow X Together's ability to navigate and make their mark on various platforms, demonstrating the band's talent and adaptability. With their latest music releases, TV collaborations, and continuing world tour, TXT is undoubtedly a band on the move, poised to continue captivating audiences worldwide.
