Jeonghan and Wonwoo, members of the K-pop group Seventeen, are set to release their first single album titled “This Man” on June 17, according to a statement from their agency. The album’s lead track, “Last Night (Guitar by Park Ju-won),” is a collaborative effort composed by Seventeen member Woozi and singer-songwriter Bumzu. Woozi has previously produced several successful singles for the group.

The single album will feature three tracks in total. Besides the lead track, the album includes “Beautiful Monster,” a solo track by Jeonghan, and “Left Over,” a solo track by Wonwoo. Wonwoo contributed to the composition and lyric writing for “Left Over,” working alongside Woozi and Bumzu.

The concept of “This Man” draws inspiration from an urban legend about a mysterious man who appears in dreams experienced by people worldwide. The narrative for the album was penned by Cho Ye-eun, a thriller and horror novelist known for her award-winning works, including “Overlapped Knife, Knife,” and “Shift.”

Jeonghan and Wonwoo form the second unit from Seventeen to release a separate album, following the trio BSS, which consists of Seungkwan, DK, and Hoshi. Prior to the album’s release, Jeonghan and Wonwoo are scheduled to perform at the 2024 Weverse Con Festival on June 16 at the Inspire Resort in Incheon.
