In a recent statement, TOP Media confirmed the expiration of exclusive contracts with Teen Top members Chunji and Ricky, marking the end of their 13-year association with the agency. However, the agency disclosed that the four remaining members, including Chunji and Ricky, will sustain their partnership as part of the iconic boy band.

Niel and Changjo had previously left the agency in January 2022. In August 2022, Niel signed an exclusive contract with New Entry, while Changjo followed suit in June of the same year by signing with Beat Interactive.

Despite the members operating under different agencies, Teen Top released their album "Teen Top [4SHO]" on July 4, 2022, marking their first collective effort in three years since "To You 2020" in July 2020.

Teen Top made their debut in July 2010 as a six-member group, eventually transitioning into a four-member band after L.Joe's departure in 2017 and C.A.P's earlier exit this year. Changjo is presently serving in the military, having commenced his mandatory service on November 20, making him the third member of the band to do so. Niel is yet to commence his mandatory military service.

Despite individual departures, Teen Top demonstrated their resilience by holding solo concerts in Seoul and Taipei, Taiwan, in October. The concert, titled "2023 Teen Top we gonna rock it drop it top it hey don't stop it pop it Live," drew inspiration from the lyrics of Teen Top's 2013 hit song "Rocking."

Teen Top, recognized for hits such as "Clap" (2010), "No More Perfume On You" (2011), and "Crazy" (2012), continues to navigate the evolving landscape of the K-pop industry while adapting to changes within its lineup and agency affiliations.
