During the prestigious 2023 Annecy International Animated Film Festival and Market in Annecy, France, the world's largest event for the animation industry, "Shasha & Milo" secured distribution deals with Chinese and Latin American distributors, according to the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA).
In its home country, "Shasha & Milo" will be released on public education TV channel EBS, providing Korean audiences with an opportunity to enjoy the adventures of the lovable characters. Internationally, the animation has found distribution partners in Shenzhen-based media company Tencent for the Chinese market and Warner Bros. Discovery for Latin America. Furthermore, KOCCA revealed that negotiations are underway with other overseas companies, indicating the potential for additional international releases.
