SM Entertainment's Rookie Band Riize Achieves 100 Million Spotify Streams with Four Releases

Grammy.com names Riize among "11 Rookie K-Pop Acts to Know in 2024," forecasting label's growth

On Thursday, SM Entertainment reported that the rookie band Riize has surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify. The achievement is attributed to the success of their four released songs: "Get A Guitar," "Memories," "Talk Saxy," and "Love 119." The debut single, "Get A Guitar," which premiered in September of the previous year, garnered over 40 million hits, while the latest release, "Love 119," achieved 10 million streams in just one month.

Grammy.com recognized the six-member act as one of the "11 Rookie K-Pop Acts to Know in 2024," predicting that their success would contribute significantly to the growth of SM Entertainment this year.

In the upcoming Tokyo Dome group concert later this month, Riize is slated to perform. Additionally, the band has plans to release a single and an EP in the second quarter of the year, as confirmed by SM Entertainment.
