Hybe metaphorically likens the process of training its artists to cutting a gem, emphasizing the discovery and refinement of talents. The label disclosed that its trainees engage in competitions focused on lyric writing and dancing, fostering a deeper understanding of music and production.

A crucial aspect of Hybe's approach is the cultivation of well-rounded individuals. The label places emphasis on humanities education, aiming to mold trainees into responsible professionals.

In a clip, Shin Seon-jeong, the leader of Hybe's training and development department, underscored the importance of autonomy and responsibility in the training process. The agency acknowledges the limitations of the old training system and has adopted a more individualized and self-directed approach.

Hybe stresses the significance of "infinite support" for its trainees, fostering a culture of trust. The label also monitors the mental health of trainees, providing professional assistance when necessary.

Eunchae of Le Sserafim attested to the support received during her training period, crediting the Training and Development personnel for helping her through challenging times.

Hybe, with contributions from vocal trainers, psychologists, and marketers, developed this training and development program. The agency expresses its commitment to further evolving this solution in alignment with the global expansion of K-pop.
