In a groundbreaking moment for K-pop, NewJeans, a five-member girl group, marked the beginning of the New Year with a stellar performance on ABC's highly acclaimed New Year’s Eve program, "Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2024." The group showcased their singles "Super Shy" and "ETA," becoming the first K-pop girl group to grace America’s most-watched New Year’s Eve special.

Sharing the stage with globally renowned pop stars such as Post Malone, Ivy Queen, Cardi B, Jelly Roll, and Sabrina Carpenter, NewJeans captivated audiences with their dynamic performance.

Prior to their appearance on the US broadcast, the K-pop sensation also took center stage on the Japanese broadcaster NHK’s year-end show, "Kohaku Uta Gassen," on Sunday. NewJeans delivered a special medley featuring their hit singles "OMG," "ETA," and "Ditto," further solidifying their international presence.

As the first K-pop girl group to make a significant impact on America's New Year's Eve special, NewJeans continues to break barriers and captivate audiences worldwide with their mesmerizing performances.
