Describing "Nightwalker," Ten highlighted its addictive pop melody and the theme of a seductive character with the power to hypnotize. The corresponding dance move involves a hypnotic hand sway, complementing the song's mystic charm. In the music video, Ten transforms from a researcher working in a lab to a midnight monster, a storyline he embraced during recording to infuse the vocals with an acting-like quality.
Ten's meticulous year-long effort in song selection and visual concept design aimed to showcase various facets of his artistry. Departing from his accustomed dynamic performances with NCT, Ten sought to deliver a simple yet captivating solo act.
Receiving valuable advice from fellow solo artists Yunho of TVXQ and Taeyong of NCT, Ten emphasized their encouragement to pursue personal artistic expression. The counsel centered on the importance of creating an album that reflects his own desires, ultimately contributing to the success of his debut.
In the wake of his solo debut, Ten embarks on a four-city solo fan concert tour in Asia, including Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Seoul. The tour commences in Seoul on Feb. 16-17, featuring performances of all six tracks from his latest album.
