SM Entertainment confirmed Wednesday that TVXQ, the iconic K-pop duo, is set to embark on an Asian tour starting next week. Titled "[20&2]," the international tour kicks off in Hong Kong on Saturday and is scheduled to include stops in Bangkok and Taipei next month. This marks the duo's return to the region after a hiatus of over 4 1/2 years.

In late December, TVXQ celebrated the 20th anniversary of their debut with a concert in Incheon, coinciding with the release of their ninth studio album, also named "[20&2]." The album achieved notable success, topping iTunes top albums charts in 11 regions and securing prominent positions on charts in Japan, China, and Korea.

In a separate collaboration, TVXQ has joined forces with the Korea Tourism Organization for the Visit Korea Year 2023-2024 project. The partnership aims to promote South Korea globally, including outreach to their official fandom community, Cassiopeia. This initiative underscores the duo's commitment to contributing to the promotion of their home country on the international stage.
