K-pop group aespa concluded the Americas leg of its world tour with a sold-out concert in Vancouver.
The group performed at Rogers Arena on Oct. 11 as part of its “SYNK : COMPLæXITY” world tour. The show marked aespa’s first solo concert in the Canadian city and drew approximately 11,000 spectators.
Vancouver was the final stop on the group’s run across South and North America. The itinerary included São Paulo, Santiago, Lima and Mexico City, followed by major North American cities including Washington, Los Angeles and Seattle.
aespa began the tour at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome in August and has since performed across 16 cities in Asia and the Americas.
The concert was structured around “CRACK,” a concept connected to the group’s second full-length album, “LEMONADE.” The setlist combined new material with solo and unit performances by the members.
“It is disappointing that today is the final show of the Americas tour, but we will be back, so please wait for us,” aespa said at the Vancouver concert. “Thank you for always supporting us wherever you are.”
The group will resume the tour in Europe next year, beginning in Manchester on Jan. 14. Additional concerts are scheduled in London, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona and Paris.
