Architectus Announces Major Staff Expansion with 60 Promotions Across All Divisions

Leading architecture firm Architectus has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team with 60 staff promotions spanning all studios, sectors, disciplines, and seniority levels. The comprehensive promotion initiative reflects the company's commitment to developing talent and strengthening its capacity to address evolving challenges in the built environment.

The most notable appointments include three new Principals who bring specialized expertise to key sectors. Kellee Frith has been named Principal of Education in Melbourne, Nic Martoo assumes the role of Principal of Defence in Brisbane, and Vivian Sin takes on the position of Principal of Transport/Rail in Sydney. Each appointment brings distinctive strengths, ranging from expertise in education environments to leadership in defense projects and technical mastery in rail infrastructure.

Two professionals have been elevated to Associate Principal positions. Gary Anderson, based in Sydney, and Stuart Uren, in Adelaide, have been recognized for their longstanding leadership in infrastructure and defense respectively. Their advancement reflects the firm's recognition of sustained excellence and strategic leadership capabilities.

A significant number of professionals have been promoted to Senior Associate positions across various specializations. The new Senior Associates include Jonathan Archibald in Urban Futures, Elijah Christopher in Commercial, Gavin Crump in Digital, David Oliver in Public, Luís Salgado in Commercial, Ankita Sardana in Infrastructure, Dan Stanning in Interior Architecture, Jade Taniora in Living, Zainab Tinwala in Commercial, Ryan Tucker in Infrastructure, and Milos Vajdic in Digital.

The Associate-level promotions demonstrate the breadth of talent across the practice, with new appointees including Tim Caldera in Interior Architecture, Jennifer Chi in Living, Carter Hu in Commercial, Bee Kwang in Defence, Lisa Lambie in Public, Juan Marcano in Aviation, Michael Qian in Living, and Andrew Roper in Aviation. Additionally, four professionals have progressed to Senior Architect roles: Jacky Chan in Living, Alex Ewart in Defence, John Rigas in Health, and George Stratford in Education.

The design team has been strengthened with six individuals stepping into Senior Designer positions. Jonathan Dalbert in Commercial, Rujuta Dalwadi in Infrastructure, Adam Kim in Commercial, Jong Hoon Kim in Rail, Farouk Korek in Health, and Ghounwa Tawk in Commercial now hold these advanced design roles. At the Architect level, the practice has promoted Courtney Richardson in Health and Yixuan Li, also in Health.

Interior design leadership has also expanded with promotions for Melanie Bush in Interior Architecture, Yoalli Estrada Guerrero in Living, Hannah Panagis in Health, and Caitlin Young in Interior Architecture. A substantial cohort has joined the ranks of Designers, including Phoebe Boyle in Defence, Mitchell Carter in Public, Debby Ka Yu Law in Defence, Saran Kim in Education, Aidan Kwan in Defence, Kelvin Li in Living, Penny Liu in Education, Alba Moncau Munio in Health, Matt O'Neill in Education, Mo Qandiel in Rail, Alannah Slade in Defence, Zoe Spooner in Living, Amber Young in Commercial, and Zuda Zhang in Health.

Recognizing the importance of corporate services, Architectus has also promoted key support team members. These include Jess Bruce as People Operations – Reward Lead in Melbourne, Vera Djurickovic as New Business Coordinator in Adelaide, Amy Fenger as People Advisor in Sydney, Sally Irons as New Business Leader in Townsville, Bec McQueeney as Senior People Partner in Sydney, and Kaela Wallace as Content Designer in Brisbane.
