Key, a distinguished member of the esteemed boy band SHINee, is gearing up to release his eagerly awaited second EP, "Good & Great," as confirmed by his agency SM Entertainment on Monday.
Scheduled for release on September 11, the EP will comprise six captivating tracks, headlined by its title track of the same name. Displaying Key's versatility, the album promises an amalgamation of diverse musical genres, as underscored by SM Entertainment.
Enthusiastic fans can begin preorders for the forthcoming album starting this Monday, marking the prelude to what is anticipated to be an exciting musical journey.
Key, having initially risen to prominence as a member of SHINee since 2008, embarked on his solo endeavor in 2018. His maiden solo single, "Forever Yours," graced the music scene in November of that year, marking his first steps toward independent artistic expression.
Continuing to captivate audiences with his individual style and creative vision, Key has impressively wrapped up his "Retro Trilogy" series of musical projects. This series encompassed his debut EP "Bad Love" in 2021, followed by the launch of his second full-length album "Gasoline" in 2022, and a repackaged album titled "Killer." With this trilogy, Key paid homage to retro influences while infusing his own distinctive modern flair.
As the anticipation mounts for the release of "Good & Great," fans and music enthusiasts alike are eagerly looking forward to the innovative sounds and captivating melodies that Key is poised to deliver once more.
