Big Bang's Daesung Announces Solo Tour in Japan

RND Company Confirms "D's Is Me" Tour Spanning 10 Cities
▲ Courtesy of RND COMPANYDebuting as a member of the hip-hop boy band Big Bang in 2006 under YG Entertainment, Daesung has been part of the group's numerous hit songs, including "Lies" (2007), "Haru Haru" (2008), "Tonight" (2011), "Fantastic Baby" (2012), and "Bang Bang Bang" (2015).
In 2008, Daesung released his first solo music, "Look at Me, Gwisoon," a trot-themed song written and produced by fellow Big Bang member G-Dragon.
After leaving YG Entertainment in December 2022, Daesung signed an exclusive contract with RND Company in April. He previously held a successful live solo tour in Japan in August, where all performances sold out, according to his agency.
On December 18, Daesung released a special single titled "Flow," a remake version of singer Lee Han-chul's 2012 song of the same name. This release marked Daesung's first solo venture in Korea in 13 years since his song "Cotton Candy" in 2010.

Daesung of Big Bang is set to embark on a solo tour in Japan titled "'D's Is Me," as revealed by his agency RND Company on Tuesday. The tour is scheduled to commence on April 13 and conclude on May 31, encompassing 10 cities including Kobe, Nagoya, and Osaka. Daesung is slated to hold a total of 15 concerts during the tour.
